RingCentral Fax offers Fax Spam protection. While no service can stop all fax spam they claim to have a farily high success rate. As with any Internet fax service you don’t waste paper on fax spam and it can never result in your customers getting a busy signal since it is not dependant on one phone number.

RingCentral uses standard login procedures and lets you send and receive faxes either using your email ID or through their very well thought out online interface. RingCentral now offers the abilty to send faxes from all MS Office applications which makes the entire faxing process much easier.
Online Interface
The online interface makes it easy to send, receive and manage your faxes from any Internet abled device including an iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Basically any device that can access the internet and show a web page will allow you to manage your faxes.
Store your faxes online for one year
You can always store your faxes on your PC. Ringcentral even offers special software for free to help you keep better track of them. But this is not needed. They also offer free online storage of your faxes for up to 1 year. (limited to 200 documents but you can still store all the faxes you want on your PC)
NICE FEATURE: Ring Center al has one of the best number choosing systems I’ve seen. You can either choose a toll free number or local number but they SHOW you the numbers you can choose from OR you can choose a Vanity number! This is very useful for choosing an easy to remember number
RingCentral has very good local number coverage with most of the US covered. Note however in these days of constantly splitting area codes local numbers are not longer that important.
RingCentral offers FREE Toll Free numbers which can be a big advantage by eliminating the fear of call cost to folks sending you faxes. (please note: if you receive international faxes you MUST get a local number as Toll Free numbers do not work internationally EXCEPT for Canada.
RingCentral is now available in Canada with a full compliment of local numbers.
Customer Service
24/7 Support. These guys got it covered with Toll Free phone support and email support. No chat support that I noticed but they had excellent tutorials and knowledge base.
Setup & Administration
The setup is very easy to do and you can be up and running in minutes.
They also have a great online tutorial of RingCentral which really gives some insights into how easy this service is to use.
