RingCentral have this service for several months not. Support was not needed, very easy to use and setup. Price was good and most importantly the faxes go through quickly
K, You cannot receive faxes from an Non-US (overseas) fax machine through an 800 #. This is also the case with a regular fax machine as well. Toll free numbers do not work outside the US. If you need to get faxes from overseas be sure to get a local number. That should solve your problem.
