I sent may fax and it left my inbox from my email. It's been 30 minutes but the receiver has not gotten it yet. Help!

Possible Answers

1. If you sent it to a fax machine it is possible that the machine is out of paper or ink, or, it's busy or not plugged in. If it's just busy then don't worry your Internet fax will continue to try for anywhere from 4-6 hours depending on the provider. keep in mind that paper and ink are sometimes the problem!
2. Internet fax is fast but not always instantaneous. The service si usually receiving 100's to 1000's of faxes an hour or more at peak times of the day (usually 11 ET to 6 PM ET. During these times you might encounter delays in your faxes going through. You can avoid or minimize this problem but choosing one of the premium Fax providers we recommend.
