I would llike to speak personally to someone about my lack of being able to open my incoming faxes.  This had not been a problem in the past, however, recently I have not been able to open them, this is affecting my business greatly.

Here is a likely problem. You can receive faxes in one of two ways from most major fax providers.
 
PDF - Usually the default
TIFF - Not usually the default.
 
If you were previously getting your faxes via PDF and were able to read them and for some reason your provider or you switched you to TIFF you might have a problem reading opening your fax. If you are using a windows PC you can download Microsofts Picture and Fax View from their website and that will do the trick.
 
Or you can use Microsofts new Silverlight available here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=8E011506-6307-445B-B950-215DEF45DDD8&displaylang=en and it will likely open anything you throw at it.
