RingCentral is a privately held company that has been in the fax business since before eFax and almost as long as AT&T! Needless to say they know what they are doing. Number CoverageNICE FEATURE: Ring Center al has one of the best number choosing systems I've seen. You can either choose a toll free number or local number but they SHOW you the numbers you can choose from OR you can choose a Vanity number! This is really cool. RingCentral has very good local number coverage with most of the US covered. Note however in these days of constantly splitting area codes local numbers are not longer that important. RingCentral offers FREE Toll Free numbers which can be a big advantage by eliminating the fear of call cost to folks sending you faxes. (please note: if you receive international faxes you MUST get a local number as Toll Free numbers do not work internationally EXCEPT for Canada. Customer ServiceThese guys got it covered with Toll Free phone support and email support. No chat support that I noticed but they had excellent tutorials and knowledgebase.
