Here are some of the common problems users experience with Internet Fax I'm getting billed for faxes I sent that are supposed to be included in my package Answer: In almost all cases this is because the sender forgot to put a "1" before the fax number ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ). If you don't put the "1" first the fax provider thinks you're sending an International message and tries to send it. International faxes are not usually covered with Internet fax standard packages I sent my fax but it did not go through right away Answer: Internet fax is faster than sending faxes through a fax machine but it does take time to process. for more information on how fast is Internet fax click here. I can't read the fax in my email attachment.
Answer: You may be receiving your faxes in TIFF format instead of PDF or you might not have Adobe Acrobat reader. To fix the TIFF problem go to your control panel for your email to fax provider and change your settings to PDF, or call their customer service. |
