It is quite convenient. But it has gone down twice in the last month. I complained, and both times they said the outages were brief and I would not be getting a refund. They said that even though it was down, all faxes during that time were received and/or sent, eventually...they were just delayed. Not true. I raised holy hell and they gave me a refund....of $0.34. Haha very funny, jerks. Products for business use should have a 99% uptime guarantee. I'm voting with my feet and ditching myfax.com. See you later. I have been using myfax for about a year. This is also the case with a regular fax machine as well. Toll free numbers do not work outside the US. If you need to get faxes from overseas be sure to get a local number. When the faxes do go through the time from time it was sent to when I can retrieve is always different.
