SAN JOSE, Calif., March 25 /PRNewswire/ — REALTORS® across the country can now subscribe to a customized e-signing technology that is transforming the real estate industry and making a transaction easier and faster for home buyers and sellers.
Under a partnership with the National Association of REALTORS®, DocuSign, the leading provider of on-demand e-signature software services, launched “DocuSign REALTOR® Edition” in March. The special package includes a REALTOR®-branded online console, REALTOR®-branded e-signature, e-mail templates, and DocuSign envelopes.
E-signing is revolutionizing the real estate transaction and drastically simplifying the process to manage, track, and sign documents that are thousands of pages long. For consumers, it eliminates the hassle to have to print, sign, scan, or fax voluminous paperwork – they may get it done with a few clicks of the mouse, anywhere, anytime. They can sign from a desktop or Smartphone.

With DocuSign, REALTORS® can track who signed, where they signed, and when they signed. The software guides users when they sign, even when it’s multiple users with multiple documents. It also sends out e-mail notifications to all who need to sign and reminders to those who are have not responded.
